  Clean and decent.. I can't just stay anywhere while traveling , it has to be clean. This one works.

  Had a great few nights staying at Best Western Plus Hopewell. The staff was extremely accommodating and understanding, especially considering this area gets a lot of military travelers and they know Army GTC card issues happen all the time. They were willing to work with you while you figured things out with your unit, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders because I honestly thought I was going to sleep in my car. The hotel was always very clean, the WiFi was surprisingly fast and stable for a hotel, and I was getting around 250 to 300 Mbps in my room with low latency. The beds were honestly some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on and genuinely helped with my back pain. The king rooms with the kitchen setups were also VERY spacious. Overall, a really comfortable and stress free stay.

  Excellent choice for those traveling the Fort Lee area. Pleasant staff, clean rooms, and a decent breakfast spread.

  Another great stay at the Best Western Plus in Hopewell, VA. The from desk clerk was exceptionally pleasant and very helpful. The owner who I always see on my trip back to New Jersey from Florida is very friendly and always asks if we had a good stay. Breakfast was excellent and the entire hotel is clean and well kept.

  Overall pretty good. But hotel is in need of some remodeling. Making the lobby look good feels like hiding dirt under rug. Wall paper on hallways peeling off, carpets look old dark depressing shaped and even ones in room underneath feels uneven, on top of all lights needing to be turned on manually individually (lamps) plus bathroom sink not centered to mirror having to lean, theres only one washer and dryer for a total of three floors worth of guests. Gym could use some more room and alternate breakfasts (for example egg patties to, scrambled, boiled etc).
