  I arrived on a Thursday to no power on the first floor. I had my mom and her friend (senior citizens), my my friend, and my four-year old daughter with me. We drove 4 hours. First stop at the hotel, bathroom of course. We had to use it in the dark. We could not get keys due to no power. We had to be escorted to both of our rooms a number of times due to not having keys. Finally received keys after hours. Next morning, still no power downstairs, so no breakfast. We needed more towels and wash cloths, but due to the power outage, we couldn't can downstairs, so we had to inconveniently walk downstairs. We wanted ice for our drinks, but no ice. We wanted the "complimentary" coffee, but first and second days of our stay, no coffee of course. The third day everything was back to normal. There were lights in the lobby and the front desk said the internet was working. However, it didn't connect to the TV though it was a smart tv with Netflix and YouTube apps. I asked for compensation and the manager/owner agreed to a 10% discount each day for both of my rooms. I thought it should've be more, but I agreed. However, I booked through Priceline, so he told me they had to call. They called and they refusing my compensation. The customer service here is not good and the manager has not kept his word. I am still fighting to get compensation. Don't stay here unless you want to be lied to and have management make excuses for everything. Will not be back!

  AWFULL 10 out of 10. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Rude inconsiderate money hungry con artist. Looking to gain at any cost to anyone. Guest or not! Honest truth is, if you pay and reserve your room, for your child’s birthday, there is a good chance there going to call the police on you, not allow you to use the “amenities” charge you to pay for guest that are not staying over night. They will also give you the opportunity to purchase another room for your 4 family members in order for them to celebrate your child’s 11th birthday. They will demand you leave the property while YELLING outside in front of minor children that are just innocent bystanders. Causing them to then feel uncomfortable. You’ll also be met with police because You don’t mind leaving at all. But management REFUSES from the beginning to give you a refund of in your room amount and “security deposit “ but because You only had the opportunity to check in and go to the outdoor pool all WITHIN ONE HOUR!!!! Your met with police, forced to leave without a refund… and let me remind you this is all in one hour of checking in.. if this is the kind of experience you want, then sure; stay.. if not then I Urgently recommend COUNTRY INN AND SUITES. Located across the street.where they are respectful, resourceful, and CLEAN AND KIND!!

  I got two queen size beds for my son, husband and I. The beds were so comfortable we had a great night sleep. They have a pool that’s actually clean and open. They also have really good breakfast! The staff is so so so nice thank you so much for this wonderful stay ❤️❤️ 100% recommend to be here for comfort 🥰

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Best Western! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Their customer service was exceptional—everyone was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The hotel was very clean, our room was comfortable, and we had such a restful experience. The breakfast bar had a great variety, and we also enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Another huge plus was the location—so many restaurants and stores were within walking distance. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, but what stood out the most was the incredible staff. They truly made our experience memorable. We would absolutely stay here again!

  Take a hard pass on this one. My first night there, I found an old half eaten burrito in the microwave. I told the front desk and received a half hearted apology. The next day, when I returned to my room, my door was OPEN. Not unlocked; open. I reported this to a deeply uninterested. I was told they would check the cameras but I never received a follow up and wasn’t even spoken to when I saw her the last time. Safety is especially important for female solo travelers. This hotel isn’t guest focused. The coffee is instant Nescafé, the juices are watery and the hot food is microwaved. It was a deeply unpleasant stay.
