Excellent hotel service with clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was professional and made the entire stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Convenient location. Room was very clean. Breakfast scrambled eggs and sausage included with breakfast were good. The sausage did not taste microwaved and rubbery. For a 3*hotel I give it 5*
The hotel is in a decent location. The breakfast was nice; they made sure to keep the breakfast items filled. The waffles were good the first day, I'm not sure who was mixing the batter the last couple of days of being there. I'm going to say this about the area itself, the food restaurant choices were subpar. The restaurants I went to, the service or the food was bad. Breakfast at the hotel was the highlight of the food choices for that area.

I stayed at this hotel on 05/13 and overall the property itself was great — clean rooms, comfortable stay, and a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk completely changed my impression.
I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds through a third-party booking app. When I arrived, the front desk staff immediately told me that I had booked the “cheapest room” and claimed it was not for 2 queen beds. Even after I opened my reservation confirmation email clearly showing the room type, he said he “doesn’t believe phones or email confirmations.”
In the end, I did receive the 2 queen beds exactly as I had originally reserved, which proves the reservation was correct from the beginning. The issue was never the room — it was the unnecessary humiliation and attitude I experienced at check-in. No guest should be made to feel embarrassed when they have valid confirmation in hand.
The hotel itself deserves praise, but the front desk experience is the reason for this negative review.
