  This was one of the absolute worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was extremely dirty, with torn curtains and a torn chair. There was an intense marijuana smell throughout the room. The towels were of very low quality and far too small. The TV stand had broken legs, and the fridge was in awful condition — it wasn't cooling at all. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty and were never refilled. On top of that, parking cost an extra $25 per day. Overall, a truly disappointing stay.

  The hotel property was horribly dirty. My white socks turned black on the bottom after walking on their carpet. When we returned from dinner, there was already food in the microwave. That was extremely moldy. It had been there for several days very very dirty hotel manager did not want to hear any of my complaints about the cigarette butts or the trash on their property just brush me off

  I have stayed at many hotels over the years, and what truly sets this property apart is the people. The service is consistently outstanding, and the staff genuinely make guests feel welcome. A special thank you to Wajma, Ali, Bilal, Hamad, night auditor Hassan, and Dora in housekeeping. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure every stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and sincere hospitality are a credit to the hotel. The rooms are consistently clean and well maintained, housekeeping is attentive, and any request is handled promptly and courteously. It is refreshing to find a team that takes such pride in delivering excellent guest service. The location is excellent, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rates are very reasonable for the quality provided, and the overall value is exceptional. Most importantly, this hotel rewards loyalty. Returning guests are recognized and appreciated, which creates a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for clean accommodations, outstanding service, and great value.

  My husband and I stayed at Best Western Fairfax for a weekend trip near National Harbor. The rate was very reasonable, and the location was convenient to National Harbor, MGM, and several nearby restaurants. The biggest highlight was the staff. We arrived early and were able to check in right away. The front desk team was friendly, accommodating, and responsive, including quickly handling our request for a room change. The lobby was also clean and updated. Rooms were ok. Bathroom was newly renovated. Bed slept decent but additional pillows weren’t available. A few things to note: the property has a motel-style layout with exterior room entrances, so getting to the front desk or breakfast area may require walking outside. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, though the outdoor walk wasn’t ideal for me. Parking was also a bit confusing in some areas. Overall, the staff and affordable pricing made for a positive stay. I’d consider staying again for a short trip when visiting National Harbor, MGM, or Washington, DC. Definitely not longer than a weekend and I would not bring my children.
