Def a 3 star hotel. Coffee maker didn't work, blow dryer didn't work. On the second day my door key didn't work. Staff was hiding, sitting on a chair in the back room.
We recently had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites with a group of 27 people.
The hotel’s location is excellent, with several restaurants within walking distance. The property feels brand new and beautifully renovated, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the great breakfast options, the cleanliness of the facilities, the convenient parking, and the airport shuttle service. Additionally, our group thoroughly enjoyed the fitness center and the pool, both of which were very well-maintained.
Thank you for a fantastic experience.
Terrible service, the front desk lady was more interested in hanging out with her boyfriend in the lobby.
Bed sheets and chair had stains. When I asked for a new room I was told non were available. When I asked for cleaning service I was told no one was available to clean. When I asked for a refund I was told no, because I spent more than 10 minutes in the room. (Mind you, it was maybe 15-20 minutes when we pulled back the covers, noticed stains, and immediately went to the front desk.)
Terrible service, terrible experience, and now I’m out $160+. (Did NOT end up staying the night there fyi)

Do not stay here!!! The worst mattresses I have ever encountered in a hotel and the walls are paper thin. I called the front desk because the noise above me is unbearable, it is now almost 1 am and the room above is still jumping on the floor, I was told they would eventually quiet down. I booked a room to sleep! Save your money, your back and your sanity by booking some place else!
Pros: free airport shuttle. Stayed here three days and breakfast had a large selection and differed all three days and was kept clean and stocked. Gym was clean and indoor pool and jacuzzi with plenty of towels. About a block from a gas station market and right behind hotel was a cafe that served pie and food. Some other food option a few blocks like subway, etc.
Shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. all in dispensers
Cons: besides the above, not very walkable. I took the airport shuttle and then the tram to downtown.
Called the hotel to have shuttle pick me up, so not terrible but besides shuttle you will need car.
Note: I am super careful about being clean and the shower floor seem to get very wet. I figured it was the water going along the tub sill and spilling on floor fyi
And no recycle bin in hotel
Room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee pod machine
One of the few hotels I could find in Utah with pool. If you don’t need a pool, there are cheaper options
