  I had a great experience at this hotel. I checked in at night and the receptionist, Cynthia, was very kind and very helpful. The weekend breakfast staff was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back next time I visit Utah.

  Great service! Room was nice and toasty… (just how I like it). The breakfast was on par with some places in town… trust me I would know. When we checked in the evening the front desk worker with the curly hair was very friendly and helpful!!! Overall, very good place to stay. Highly recommend.

  Needed a place to stay after getting off my flight and Best Western was just that! Service was amazing, everyone was extremely accommodating, especially the receptionist Cynthia. Had a great stay, I heavily recommended!

  On the first night of our stay arriving to the airport at night, we checked in and turned on the shower. Instantly the faucet piece shoots out and hits me. It turns out it was not adjusted properly and there was no way of fixing it ourselves. I contacted front desk and they let us know that maintenance was on their way. A couple hours pass and nobody shows up. We called again and they said there is no ETA but the maintenance person was on their way. It was a complete lie. We did not get any sleep that night thinking that someone was going to show up. The next morning I contact the front desk and let them know we need this fixed ASAP. They said they would make a note of it and couldn’t offer us another room. I had to resort to using the ice bucket in our room as a make shift shower. Look I understand it was late and getting a maintenance person is difficult but be honest. Don’t tell us that someone is coming and then doesn’t show up. Will not be staying here again.

  This hotel is an absolute disaster. When I checked into my room with 6 kids at 9:30 pm, I was greeted with a syringe needle on the floor, an unidentified pill on the counter under the tv and a blood smear on the same dresser as the pill. The night shift worker claimed to have no other rooms and could not put me up in a different hotel because of the lack of availability. My daughter work up to a bug crawling across her pillow. We cut our stay short and left by 6:30 am. The manager Ziza, has been horrible with her customer service and is offering a pathetic 20% refund and 1000 points to my best western account. This hotel took literally contained drug paraphernalia and bodily fluids, with who knows what kind of diseases. I avoid it at all costs!!! It is not worth it.
