  We had a very pleasant experience from booking all the way to checking out, the staff made this smooth and painless. I wish all hotels would operate this way. Job well done!

  Expectations weren't high but this was a great shot for one night. Good price and the room was super clean and smelled nice which is rare for many older hotels. Breakfast was top notch with hot bacon, eggs, potatoes and all the other standard fair.

  Our room smells bad and everything feels bare minimum. We stayed in a room at the back off the hotel lot- maybe they're older. The bases of the beds have sheet metal surrounds that if you barely touch them make a booming sound that is disruptive at night. Things as simple as the TV -looks modern but doesn't have an option to jump to the guide or whatever channel you punch in. You have to manually click through each channel. The beds are clean so that's good. Otherwise, bare minimum

  We were very disappointed in this hotel. They really arent representing Best Western Hotel good. The outside room was not good. The room smelled very musky and I have asthma so it really bothered me. We tried to switch hotels but the girl at the front refused to try to call the manager and I thought that was very unprofessional for her not to even try. We couldn't even use the hot tub because the chlorine was so strong we couldn't even stay in there. Its unsafe to put that much chlorine in the hot tub it was so strong it made our eyes sting just standing by it. Over all it was very disappointing compared to all the other Bet Westerns we've stayed at.

  I have never encountered a more unprofessional employee. The person at the front desk told me there was an error and I wasn't able to get the room ype I paid for, which was 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. I asked for a rollaway bed and was told they had none. I asked for extra pillows and was told they had none. I asked if they could call someone and ask about extra pillows and she threw down her phone, dtarted swearing, and stormed off. I was told that the manager had been called and that no extra pillows were anywhere. I was informed that I could complain in the morning if I wish ... after having an uncomfortable night when one of my kids is sleeping on the basty old carpet with a few pillows. I am extremely frustrated. Would not recommend
