  Nice rooms and location, but the hot tub was cold (heater not working) and the pool was also cold. The main reason we chose this hotel was to go swimming and enjoy the hot tub. When a hot tub is not working, the management should let people know on reservation.

  Excellent and clean room within walking distance to both multiple food options and the Momentum Lehi climbing gym, which was a massive plus for us.

  This property is very clean and very well maintained. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Check in was at 3:00 pm, our rooms weren't ready until 5:00 pm. They were still cleaning rooms until 9:00 pm. We had terrible customer service. The lady at the front desk was not friendly, considerate, or accomadating in anyway. This stay put a damper on our whole family vacation.

  Absolutely horrific service at the counter. The front desk worker was not polite at all and not willing to help us out at all. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were pretty clean. Check inn says 3 but our rooms weren’t ready until 5:30. Not impressed.
