  Had to have last minute accommodations with our dog. Popped in and Teah was incredible. She got us in a requested room, check in process was swift. Even as I was under pressure she rocked it and we were able to get some sleep. Customer service has been exceptional.

  Beautiful hotel. Looks like a cabin! Cozy and the staff are great. So many restaurants and things to do around

  Best western took great care of us. The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub Jasmine at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating. Teah and Aly are also great. Reyes's their maintenance man is phenomenal. He is so kind and helpful Housekeeping was excellent. Room 104 and then 107

  Clean rooms, horrible staff,was told to leave and threatened with law enforcement for a legal prescription , complete invasion of privacy and very embarrassing in front of other customers, have been member for years, horrible experience

  Andrea was a very nice and happy breakfast host, just who we needed to wake up to on our early start. The woman who checked us in was also so dang nice. Our room was very clean and tidy.
