  An overnight, stopping point for us on a long trip. It was conveniently right off the highway. It was a nice facility, very clean.Nice pool and hot tub. In breakfast was great.

  Modern and spotless lobby, pool, and hot tub. Quiet room with supportive beds, black out shades, and huge solid counter for all your stuff. Lowest Price hotel along I-80. What more could you ask for?

  Poor customer service. Amenities not in working order. When I said something to gal at desk in evening and then Manager in the morning, both shrugged and stated the same thing "were full". Like it's OK not to maintain the place if they are filling the rooms.

  Trista was awful. We checked in and she said she was not having a good day when we exchanged pleasantries. We went to our room and the curtains on ground level were broken and the neighbor was watching a horror film at full volume. We asked for a new room, which she said she would charge us for. She did not go listen to the loud neighbor, speak with them, or try to fix the broken curtain (not manual, remote only). She was very rude when I asked for a new room and I asked her why she was being rude to me - It wasn’t personal. We left within the hour, and she refused to check me out. Charged full price. She lied to her boss and booking.com and said she had proof I stayed. I have 24/7 tracking that shows I did not. I offered to pay taxes and fees when I called Best Western because I did not want them to take a financial hit, but they responded with calling me a liar. They had my phone number and no follow up to the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
