  Staff friendly. No extra toilet paper and only one wash cloth for 2 people. Asked for extra coffee did not receive. Had to go to front desk to pick up needed items instead of room being prepared for 4 nights. Very noisy hotel

  Hallways dirty, AC dripping in hallway- soaking carpet mushrooms growing. Ozone machine was running in my room when we arrived. Obviously there was a problem. Ozone is hazardous to health and cannot be properly ventilated in a hotel like this. We left and had to drive another hour late at night with kiddos to get another room.

  The elevator did not work and we were told that our room was on the third floor. It was 11pm, we had been traveling all day and hotels were hard to find due to being full of construction workers. So we trudged up the stairs (the stairwell smelling strongly of vomit) with 10 days worth of luggage, etc (we were told the parking lot was not safe to leave anything in the car). Got settled into the room and the light in the bathroom did not work. It wasn’t the lightbulb, it was electrical. Luckily my husband had a flashlight so we didn’t have to use the toilet with the door open or shower in the dark. None of this mattered to the hotel or Expedia. We were told by the hotel that we would receive a small refund for inconvenience. Expedia denied the claim. The hotel never paid. My recommendation is just don’t take the chance on this hotel. We stayed in 3 different Best Western’s during this road trip. This one was undeniably the worst. *The morning shift front desk people were very nice, the night shift not so much.

  First, the rooms were top clean. Spacious, looked great, and AC was great against that heavy texas heat. Second, everyone was very cordial, welcoming, and the facilities were great. Finally, the location was absolutely flawless. You had everything around. A steakhouse that offered a discount, as well as a texas BBQ place that offered a discount. There was a dollar store nearby, a united market, and multiple other restaurants. There was also a bank nearby for those who need it. In short: Rooms were great, facilities were functional, staff was welcoming, and you have everything you might need around within walking distance.
