  Old building. Janky. Super confusing layout. The pillow stank. Great location, very poor customer service.

  I was already skeptical coming i to this hotel with the reviews but much to my expect there are some correct ones. We have 2 rooms and both rooms sheets are nasty. What's worse is blood. We even have friends staying and they had blood sheets. WTH is going on her. I am so scared to sleep on them and asked for sheets to cover. Well thought they were clean and one is still stained. Its hard to think that something like looking at the bed while making it you would definitely see these stains. I have to say the gentleman in front was very polite. He is by himself and there are several parties we brought with us checking in. He has been a help. This is just the check in so let's see how night goes. At 100 a night this is crazy and there is nothing else available close by.

  They allow their workers to steal from you, lock you in the pool area, the only way out is to use the trash can to climb out cautiously so you dont get stabbed by the fence. When asked about someone breaking into your vehicle they wont watch camera or give you updates. They will cancel your room extension and act like you've never been there. They will leave the door to your room cracked open for anyone to walk in. I've been to this hotel 7 different times over the course of 4 years and never had this issue till this week alone.

  I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I checked in until I left. The biggest issue was cleanliness. I found **two large roaches** in my room, which forced me to request a room change. Even after switching rooms, I spotted **another large roach** on the ceiling of the outside entrance and a dead one in the hallway, making it clear that pest control is a serious concern throughout the property. The room itself had several problems. The bathroom was incredibly small and difficult to use comfortably. The TV did not work, and the pillows were so flat that they felt like sheets bunched together rather than actual pillows, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The hallways had a horrible odor that made walking to and from the room unpleasant. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best, with very limited quality and selection. What concerned me the most was the lack of security. I was traveling with young children, and despite the room door being locked and the top latch being engaged, the door still did not feel secure. A small child could easily manipulate the door, which is a major safety concern for families. Overall, this was a horrible experience. Between the roaches, unpleasant odors, uncomfortable bedding, broken TV, poor breakfast, and the serious safety concerns with the room door, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

  We had reservations for 2 rooms. For 1 room there was no shower curtain. TV, Refrigerator, Microwave had no power. They were unable to fix in the evening as there was no maintenance staff.
