  Checked in around 1030pm and they said they had no water and was trying to get the problem resolved, woke up in the morning and still no water. Very unhygienic

  There isn't an actual person in the room you are checking in to a computer with a person on screen not actual there. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. They had breakfast which makes you ask why can't you have a person. Online gave an option to check in early at one point but couldn't do that if walking in with out paying a fee. I stayed at the one on 810 E Coliseum Dr, Snyder, TX 79549.

  Bed bugs in my room! I reserved in the front desk up to a Friday but they just moved back to Thursday. Didn't make the bed after four days of staying. And again bed bugs in my room, this morning after 7 nights staying here, I woke up and saw a bed bug walking next to me on the bed, 20 minutes later I saw another one just walking on the pillow. What a horrible experience! Attached photos and video. Now I do know what those insects bites are.

  Room was dirty, bed sheets had not been changed, sink was dirty, towels dirty and folded - re hung, shower not cleaned, room smelled. Will never stay there again, no discount and couldn't more to New room!
