  Rented a room with pets. Room was clean, large, comfortable without any strange smells or strong odors. Stellar customer service!

  We needed a room and they were sold out. Checked in at about 9:50pm. She found one that the carpet had been cleaned and was supposed to hold but she even went and made sure it was dry. Very thankful. Very nice room. Affordable and the breakfast smells great.

  My car broke down across the street and I was lucky to get a room while I worked on the car. Ace hardware and grocery are right behind the hotel -super convenient! I was blown away by the great breakfast. I travel a LOT and skip most hotel breakfasts as all the food is usually pre-packaged junk. This hotel had made to order eggs and a great espresso machine. Loved it!!!

  Everything was great, room was clean, breakfast was fantastic. Bed was comfy! Didn't like having to take my dogs up an elevator but it was a training experience at least it was dog friendly 🤷🏻‍♀️

  Not impressed at all with this hotel. Started with an inviting lobby and a super nice girl at the counter. Booked the room early in the morning and they hadn't looked at it until I arrived, so they had already booked everything on the first two floors and I got put on the third floor even though I specially requested first because I travel with a service dog. Room: not very clean and not properly maintained. Broken furniture, broken curtains, window seals are shot and blast wind through loudly, didn't have any soap anywhere in the room, shower head sits at my nose level and I'm only 5'9". Very horrible patchwork in room and bathroom. Took 20+ minutes to find an exterior outlet that actually worked, and I could barely reach it with a 100' extension cord, tons of outlets on the exterior but only one that works. This hotel needs to hire someone who can properly maintain it, I seriously don't see how this is a best western (Plus).
