  My stay at Best Western Seagoville location was absolutely HORRIBLE! That day was a tornado alert and I needed to get off the roads due to the storm. I had gone to the actual Best Western website to book a King Suite, I also called to ensure that my booking and price in the system was correct! Upon arrival I was told by the front desk clerk that per policy that there would be a 100.00 deposit plus 120.00 for the room! I was stunned because I didn’t see that on the site! However, she told me that the deposit was for any hard damages to the room and smoking because they have a no smoking policy! I was ok with that so I paid for my room with my card and the deposit with cash! The front desk clerk on April 30 at 3pm was nice about the policy and situation! I then watched the news ordered me something to eat and had saw that the storm had passed and decided to leave the room! At the time of checkout was 7pm! Meaning I only stayed from 3pm-7pm which isn’t the initial problem! The problem came upon checkout when a new front desk clerk arrived and I had given her the key to the room and my receipt from the 1st clerk about my deposit! She goes to the room and comes back stating she can’t give me my deposit due to stains on the bed! Ok now I’m confused because I did not stay in the room long enough for their to be stains! She then shows me a picture where there is LETTECE from a salad I had ordered during my stay! At this point I’m so confused because it’s a hotel and she is giving me a hard time about the sheets being dirty from Lettece! Something tangible that can be washed and has to be washed anyways! I’m explaining to her what the last clerk told me out of confusion because no damages were actual done to the room or smoking! She then calls the clerk to confirm and she’s literally going back and forth with the other clerk about giving me my 100.00 deposit back! So, she calls her manager who I’ve yet to speak with! She sends the manager of the picture of what she claim was a stain when it was “Lettece” and he tells her to charge me 20.00 This is outrageous and should be investigated… I am currently waiting on the call from cooperate as well to discuss this matter! I feel as if she seen my demeanor and vehicle that I was driving and decided to find a way to scam me out of money! She is a pregnant Latina and very unprofessional and it needs to be further looked into! The room was extremely clean and the first clerk that checked me in was extremely thorough and kind! This is Best Weston in Seagoville. I will not be staying at another Best Western ever!

  I had a great experience staying at Best Western Seagoville. The hotel is newly renovated and has a very modern feel, which really stood out right away. Everything was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, the beds were cozy, and the updated design made the whole stay feel fresh and inviting. The property felt safe and well lit, which made it even more relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth from check in to check out. You can tell they care about their guests and take pride in the property. For the price, this hotel offers great value. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

  I had a horrible experience with hotel. The room Was dirty hair was everywhere . I feel as though customer service was horrible also . I sat and waited to check out only for her to get to me and go run and check my room as if something was damaged.

  Best westerns tend to vary based on who is running them and I can say this one is pretty reliable. Staff is nice and quick checking in/out. The breakfast and drinks available throughout the day (coffee, cocoa, tea) is a nice touch and helped my slower to wake mornings for sure! This place is updated to have water efficient toilets, which may be weird to mention, but let's be honest the environment is important so I'll talk that ho any day. My complaints are small and narrow down to thin walls (I either heard someone talking all night or someone elses tv) and the spotty connection for the tv itself. It will blink out without warning and be particularly difficult to load ( if you sleep with the tv on like I do, this might be an important note). The rooms were great, comfy, and clean. So it's a good spot, especially if you don't want to be stuck in or close to Dallas.

  Lady who worked the front gave a price for the room last night said a 50$ deposit, and when I woke Up I woke up late checked out kinda later and the guy and a different working at the front, try charging me 150$ bc of hair gel that was rinseable on a pillow, for “damages” and at first he told me he’d give me 25$ back of my deposit for late checkout but because of the pillow now he won’t give me my deposit. Very disappointed with how that was handled that’s pretty shitty tbh
