  Wen we got in our room I was coming out of the restroom then I heard the cleaning lady put her key in and open the door, she didn't knock and say this is housekeeping. Your staff need more training. I was very upset, I was happy I had clothes on.

  Horrible experience I check in 11:00 pm and I hear the smog alarm 3 am and the guy from the front desk Change the battery And 4:00 am the same problem and change the battery again 5 am again and he move me another room 5:00am and I have to work to 6:30 am And I ask for discount for one more night and they said to me Can’t do nothing The lady from the front desk told me nothing for discount Is nice hotel just the people at the front desk make worst Just one guy at night is very nice in everything But the rest is very bad

  This is my new favorite place to stay. Rooms are clean. Staff is outstanding, very helpful with everything. Easy check in. Had my room keys ready when I walked in. Just signed the reservation and to my room it's was quick and the young man at the resk was nice and respectful. And quiet the interior rooms on the atrium end are bit louder in the day because the pool but the indoor pool is great..plenty of food and services near by including Walmart and HEB fast food and sit down restaurants as well.

  Really loved it, we stayed w/ our kiddos and the pool was great, having our room right next to the pool so we could get there via the glass doors was amazing. Really neat little spot, super well kept, atrium had all kinds of plants and flowers, quite impressive for a little hotel like this. We have family in the area, definitely will be back!
