  I had to give it 1 star. The man at the front office, Manish, very rude. Yelled for me asking him to cancel, very uncomfortable situation. Avoid them

  Wow this is an older property it has been updated the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. The patio and poor area are very nice while some things to show some age everything is clean perfect for a place to stay if going to Six Flags or a graduation at UTSA a very decent price for what you get

  Location is great. Staff is nice and helpful. Pool looked good, we didn’t swim it was too cold. Plenty of restaurants near by. Felt pretty safe. Rooms are dirty though, in need of a deep cleaning. Carpets are nasty don’t walk on them barefoot, dirty and sticky. Bathroom had blood spots randomly throughout and the toilet was disgusting. We had to buy our own bleach just to use the restroom and shower. We paid $100 a night I feel like this hotel should be more like $60 or at the most $70 a night. We won’t stay here again. If cleanliness is very important to you, skip this one.

  Guys at front desk were nice, rooms were pretty filthy though. The bathroom toilet seat was up and the rolled tissue paper was not new. Noticed stain on the ground in hallway, stains on bed sheets, lamp, microwave, and refrigerator. No bugs inside the room but as I was leaving one night I saw a 2 inch long cockroach right outside my door. I guess he was welcoming me into his home. No issues with customer service but I couldn’t stay in the room any longer than a night and had to leave.
