  We stayed for 1 week, 3 people and only 2 towels and 1 washcloth were in the room at arrival. Had to ask for clean towels every day, they only came one time to make up room and replace towels. Toilet clogged one night they handed me a plunger and I had to handle it myself and bring the plunger back when I did. Toilet was running for an entire day, told front desk before going out in the morning, said they would handle it and it was still running when we got back that evening. Had to ask again, finally they came and fixed it. Breakfast was exactly the same every day and the sausage seemed to be reheated each morning. Cereal dispenser was broken and cereal was all over the counter. Juice machine didn’t work properly either. Hallways smelled like weed, room was not the cleanest. We stay at best westerns all the time, this was by far the worst one. Never had a bad experience with best western until now.

  Rooms were not so cleaned, there was dust and hair everywhere!!! The AC couldn’t keep up and never got cold. Very limited on the breakfast selection on a positive note the other guest were very respectful and kept the noise down in order for you to get a good nights rest. Location location location! Everything is literally within 15-30 minutes and you have lots of shopping and restaurants close by.
