  From beginning to end the front desk rep (Peggy) and the tech malakyie were amazing. My insurance was a train wreak and irritating me to no end. But safelite made up for it. I wanna recognize Peggy in the front office she was amazing and made sure that it all go straightened out. She went above and beyond. Id recommended this place. First time using safelite and im impressed. 🤙They made a bad day good.

  Marque was AMAZING! My car was broken into, and needed 2 window replacements. Marque assessed my car and quickly got to work. One day later and my car was done! From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuinely exceptional customer service. Marque made an experience that was so stressful for me, and turned it into a great experience. It is rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond not only in the service they provide, but how they positively impact the consumer before them.

  I got estimates from multiple sources, the dealer would do the windshield replacement in my 2022Tacoma for $2500+ but my insurance State Farm would only cover so much of it above my $1000 deductible. But Safelite was able to do it for around $1170 using the Toyota OEM window and I just paid the deductible. Michael Luna from Safelite San Antonio did outstanding work and was knowledgeable and efficient and performed it at my home. This is the third window I’ve had replaced using Safelite as they did my 2012 Camry and 2012 Highlander as well. The front camera calibration was also completed professionally and was certified too!!

  I recently had my windshield replaced and paid my insurance deductible. At the time of the replacement, I was told everything had been completed successfully, including the required windshield calibration, and that the calibration had passed. Over the next month, I received multiple calls instructing me to return because the calibration had allegedly not been completed. I repeatedly explained that I had already been told it was done and that my paperwork showed the calibration had passed. When I finally returned to the shop, I was informed that the calibration had, in fact, already been completed successfully. I was then told there was an additional procedure that “didn’t have to be done,” but that since I was already there, they would take care of it. This unnecessary visit was the direct result of the shop losing or mismanaging its paperwork. The customer service I received was equally concerning. The front desk employee was dismissive and impatient while I was trying to explain that my paperwork already showed the calibration had passed. Rather than listening to my concerns, she insisted I was wrong, despite it later being confirmed that the calibration had already been completed. After the work was finished, I requested a copy of the service paperwork documenting the maintenance that had been performed on my vehicle. I was told by the service desk employee that she would not provide me with the paperwork. As the owner of the vehicle, I should have access to documentation of any work performed. I then asked to speak with the location’s manager and was told the manager was out of the office. After contacting corporate, I was informed that this location does not have a manager. I find it concerning that I was given inaccurate information when attempting to escalate my concerns. Overall, I experienced repeated unnecessary inconvenience due to the shop’s recordkeeping issues, poor communication, refusal to provide service documentation, and a lack of professionalism when I attempted to resolve the situation. I hope these issues are addressed so future customers are not subjected to the same experience.
