  ** If you like a clean room, this is not the place to stay. The room was very dirty. I am so shocked that the cleaning crew isn't cleaning the rooms very well.

  Fine if you don’t mind extreme black mold, broken elevators, room phones, ac units, and bees in the stairwells. Folks working there are helpful but not much they can do with a building that should be condemned

  I took my family to celebrate our son Airforce BMT graduation. On our arrival, no greeting, no BW level benefits provided. As we got to the room, the door was wide open. It was hot and musty. Towels were missing. The shower floods at every use because the drains are stopped up. Reported it-nothing. It was like that from Tues to Friday. At each cleaning of the room. Towels were never replaced. I had to ask the cleaning lady. We never had fresh towels replaced unless we asked for them. The beverage bar was shut down unless you wanted hot water, cocoa or coffee ..which was only made if you asked. A short male attendant lectured me on how that wasn't his job. He did this in front of other guests. I told him he could go and I could make it myself, it's not rocket science to which he tells me we can't and if we need coffee just ask. I said I did and got a damn attitude from you and you need to watch who you're talking to. The side door stays open all night. There's no security and people sit outside on the raised concrete steps watching you. NEVER AGAIN

  This is BY FAR the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The Elevator was only accessible by asking the staff to open the door on the bottom floor. Then the next day when the hotel was supposed to get a lot of occupancy, conveniently the elevator is broken completely. When I asked the staff if it was going to be fixed, they just said “no” What kind of 5 floor hotel doesn’t maintain a broken elevator. Stay anywhere but here.

  We selected this location as it is convenient to the Valley Hi gate for our son’s BMT graduation. The location is safe. The hotel environment is quiet. Breakfast is great. But let me tell you - Patty is AMAZING. She is the highlight of this particular hotel. 16 years with this chain and an immediate friend. She literally runs the hotel and the bar in the evenings, answers the phone, checks you in, fixes any problems you may encounter, and always keeps a smile on her face without missing a single beat - all by herself. Without a doubt, she is the best there is and in my opinion, deserves a much needed raise! On our last night of our stay, we made some additional Air Force friends/family, and it was a great night. Ron & Peggy and Erica - if you read this review, we wish the best for you all, and your grandson & niece. Y'all are the best too & if you come across this review - please reach out.
