  Location is great especially if you have family staying in Hospital close by. Price for the room was decent but what I can’t get over was the homeless people and the disgusting trash everywhere in front. If my wife were by herself staying here it would have made her very uncomfortable. I could also go without the smug attitude from the front desk clerk.

  The room was clean, the check in person on 8/21 was kind, and so was the check out person on 8/22. However, the young lady that worked front desk overnight between those days was extremely rude and unkind. She was very unwelcoming as I came down to buy a drink from the concession stand and she did not want to be bothered. Although she gave the gentleman before me fantastic attention. I don't want to assume class or race was a factor but it's really not up to me to figure out why ppl behave the way they do. I just know that we will not be returning to the Best Western.

  Yes this hotel is older but Victoria at the front desk was nice enough to show me 3 different rooms. I chose the jetted tub room. While the tubs and rooms could definitely be redone, it was quiet, my car was safe and no issues with pests of any kind. The mini fridge also had quite a large freezer attached which is important when you are traveling with food and perishables

  It has a nice, inviting name, but this place saw its better days a long time ago. Now it is just worn out. My room had some issues, that I dealt with rather than having repair people coming up. But I did inform the desk when I checked out. To open the door from the outside required a heavy ramming with my shoulder every single time. From the front desk comment, this must be a common issue. The sink stopper doesn't function at all. The refrigerator doesn't have all its "feet" so tips back and forth when you touch it. I'm glad I brought a flat sheet to do some floor exercises. The carpeting although "clean" from hundreds of daily vacuuming over the years, was grimey from years of being walked on, spilled on and on & on. The tub/shower combo wasn't to my liking. Plus, there were no racks or handles to catch if one gets off balance. The breakfast bar was meh... scrambled eggs, sausage, box cereals, etc. so didn't bother to eat the stuff. Same for the coffee, but at least it did have caffeine. The front desk people were good. They knew their stuff and were very helpful. In good conscious, I cannot recommend this hotel. I'm sure there are many others in the same price range that are better.

  The advertised pictures were decieving because this is a very old building that got slapped with a cheap renovation some time not long ago. The parking lot looked unsafe. The back of the hotel parking lot was very dark at night. I stayed in the jacuzzi suite. I've had great experiences with other BW Plus but this one was nowhere near those. The jacuzzi made all sorts of noises, while not in use and had a crack in the middle of with some kind of nasty looking epoxy trying to cover it. I never got to use it because it was small and uninvitingly gross and yet it was the main reason I booked this place. The restroom was dated. The toilet was very low to the ground and not friendly to the male anatomy. I'd picture a tea bag. The carpets were filthy. The AC was noisy and kept waking me up all night along with the door slamming of people leaving thru the exit door by my room The two TVs didn't work and the wifi was down or I was given the wrong password. At this point I didn't even bother complaining to the front desk. I imagined theyve heard it all. I decided to read the recent reviews, something I neglected to do when I haphazardly booked this place, and I realized I wasn't alone and apparently management really didn't care. The bed at least was comfy but I worried about bed bugs at this point. Hopefully i didn't get any on me or my luggage homr. So here is my review. Hopefully it alerts someone not to come here and encourages the owner to fix this place up. I wish I was exaggerating.
