  Beware of the beds: an avoidable hazard We are staying in a room on the third floor and the bed base design is a complete disaster. The beds consist of large wooden box frames that are significantly bigger than the mattresses, with sharp, protruding edges that stick out several inches on all sides. Every time you walk near the bed you end up banging your shins or feet. It is extremely uncomfortable and genuinely dangerous, especially for children and elderly people. This looks like a cheap, poorly thought-out design with zero attention to safety or functionality. A chain hotel like Best Western should not have such an obvious and risky defect in its rooms. Very poor design and clear negligence. Attaching photos so you can see how oversized and badly designed these bed bases are.

  It was good. But not to good. I was seated in chair. Removed the seat cushion. Thinking I dropped something in the seat. Found a Crack pipe.

  The hotel staff was nice but the noise level at this hotel was crazy. Children running and screaming in the halls. Adults yelling at all hours.

  This hotel exceeced my expectations and is great for it's breakfast and how clean it is. Book now and stay here for a bunch of nights!

  Great little hidden hotel. The property is very secure with a one way in and out gated perimeter. The parking lot is very well lit. Our night manager that checked us in was awesome. Very polite and courteous. The rooms were very decent and spacious. It's also located near all downtown San Antonio attractions. The surrounding area was a nice and quiet neighborhood. There are several restaurants around with a Bill Miller Bbq right across the street. Coffee is on 24/7 and the breakfast was actually good. Real sausage, potatoes, and eggs. The bacon was crisp and very tasty. I was bummed out that we only stayed one night. I will probably be back to this hotel whenever we have another trip to San Antonio. It was a what I call a "Very nice!"
