  Very nice Hotel super easy location to get to off highway valet parking is great rooms are clean good showers etc only thing I had a few billing issues but they did get resolved I would definitely recommend this hotel great prices and clean and super close to Riverwalk and alamo dome.

  Terrible service, had to wait 60+ minutes for our room even after arriving a little late, people who arrived after us got checked in first, check in time was 3:00 and we weren’t given our room til after 3:50+

  This is by far the swankiest Best Western I’ve ever stayed in. The location is excellent, the lobby and bar area are beautiful, and every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The lobby bartender made a fantastic Old Fashioned, and the front desk staff were consistently professional and kind. My only frustration was with the hotel signage and communication. Multiple signs throughout the property advertised the speakeasy as open on Thursday evenings with live music, but when I arrived it was closed. I had a similar experience with the café. Signage indicated a 6:00 a.m. opening time, but when I arrived shortly after 6:00 a.m., I was told it would not open until 6:30 a.m. To be clear, this is not a staff issue. The employees handled the situation well. It appears to be a communication issue between corporate marketing materials, posted signage, and actual operating hours. Updating the signage in public areas would save both guests and staff from unnecessary frustration. The insert in the key card holder was not an effective way to communicate these changes. I only discovered it later when I pulled it out for the WiFi password. By that point, I had already gone downstairs in my pajamas in search of coffee and learned that my reward for following the posted schedule was sad in-room coffee and powdered creamer. Best Western corporate, do better. This is an easy fix, and I can only imagine how many times your staff has to repeat the same explanation because the signage says one thing and reality says another. Despite those issues, I would absolutely stay here again. Great location, great staff, and a much more unique hotel experience than I expected. And yes, this is apparently the hill I will die on.

  Pretty Close to Riverwalk. Valet is great. Rooms are nice. Great water pressure and hot water. Staff I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful. Downside No pool/ hot tub or included breakfast. They do have a little bakery/coffee bar you can buy food from, and they have a bar.

  Normally adore staying here however we were kind of blown off after checking out. My boyfriend left his wallet in the bedside dresser and returned the next day to retrieve it. The front desk WAS ON HER PHONE and didn’t check to see if anyone was even staying in the same room, just said that housekeeping didn’t turn anything in. So IF they decide to look in the drawer of the room we stayed in, ONLY THEN will they let us know and have to mail it since we’re from out of town! Let’s hope they actually look 🤞🏼
