  Stayed 1 night with family. Friendly staff. Room floors and bathrooms were clean. Walls and headboards had dust and spiderwebs. Mini fridge & microwave was clean. Half of the location is a hotel and the other half is a motel. Never seen that before. We stayed on the motel side for an inexpensive family-friendly overnight stay close to Schlitterbahn. The site has pool, jacuzzi and washing machines but didn't use. Site was clean. Freeway is close by but the noise didn't bother us. Beds were comfortable (for a motel). Sheets were clean. No bugs seen. Blankets were a bit thin so if you get cold bring your own thicker one. A/C worked great! Breakfast included 6-9:30am. My teen daughter enjoyed the waffle machine. Guests can use machine to pour buttermilk batter and waffle machine to make own either large TX shape & mimi waffles. Coffee dark roast was good; they had Folders & decaf. They had juices: apple juice, kiwi-strawberry, orange & cranberry. My family tried all the options: cereal, toast, yogurt, sausages, muffins & eggs. Not an elegant continental breakfast but great choices for a a quick convenient warm breakfast on the go. Dining sitting area for your choice of sitting at tables to eat or take to the room. Family can also eat their own food in dining area. A family was eating their purchase of Shipleys. Showers have despensers if you forget shampoo, conditionar or body wash. Would definitely stay again.

  We enjoyed our two days at this hotel. Great breakfast with coffee and juice machine, clean room, very friendly employees, highly recommended.

  Had three comfortable nights and enjoyed the breakfast! Thank you for the friendly service
