  Hospice said my mother might not make it through the night so drove 6 hrs to be with her and made hotel reservations on the way. Mom is stable for now so we wanted to save our travel credits another visit in a week or 2. We checked out a day early but the hotel refused to refund the nights stay or provide a credit for a future stay. When we come back we will not be staying at this hotel.

  This place is easily one of my favorites. My kids absolutely loved the indoor pool and the breakfast. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Walmart and nearby restaurants like Popeyes and Chick-fil-A, and right off the freeway, making it easy to get in and out. Edward was extremely helpful, and the entire staff was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with kids.

  The rooms are decent, however I feel like there are bed bugs or something as I woke up with a lot of itchiness. Not only that, but after being charged their already expensive stay (~400 for 2 nights after taxes), you still can’t use their GUEST ONLY laundry machine. It requires coins to operate, and they don’t accept room charges, card, or tap pay. Even if your short a single dollar, they are unwilling to have mercy and will greedily demand the additional dollar. In total, the service is sloppy, greedy, and effortless. The rooms are ok, and the location is very mediocre.
