My room didn’t have hot water, and I could hear/was woken up by loud lawncare equipment everyday. Very little noise insulation between rooms

Walked in the front door and smelled mold. Booked the room anyway. The room smelled very moldy. The bed linens were damp. The floor was uneven. The room was clean and looked nice enough. The front desk staff were good. Serious moisture issues. I have to question if this hotel should be open due to the mold issues. It seems to need a complete remediation. Edited to add that I am from the Gulf Coast where it is regularly 99% humidity in the summer months and we are #3 in rainfall per year here. Outside humidity should not have as much of an impact on your rooms as it seems to be having. Also, after going back through the reviews this appears to have been a complaint for quite some time, meaning whatever steps are being taken for remediation are not and have not been working.
