  After a very disappointing experience at another hotel in town, I checked into this Best Western located in Lubbock’s Medical District late at night and was immediately impressed by the difference. The check-in process was quick, professional, and friendly. After a stressful evening, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and took care of everything without any issues. Most importantly, the room was exactly what a hotel room should be: clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and everything worked as expected. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important because I was staying there after my home’s air conditioner unexpectedly failed. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the property was quiet, allowing me to get a good night’s sleep. What stood out most was the professionalism and competence of the staff. They provided the kind of customer service that every hotel should strive for. Sometimes the basics matter most, and this property delivered on all of them. If you’re looking for a Best Western in Lubbock, I highly recommend this location. Clean rooms, friendly staff, a well-maintained property, and an overall excellent guest experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will gladly recommend it to friends, family, and visitors coming to Lubbock. Thank you to the staff for turning a frustrating evening into a positive experience.

  I had a very pleasant experience at Best Western Plus Tech Medical Center Inn in Lubbock. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the indoor heated pool, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and convenient location near Texas Tech University. The hotel provides a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great choice for both short and extended stays. I would happily stay here again!

  Booked a specific room and was given another and when adressed was told there was nothing they could do. Room was dirty the tables had finger prints all over, furniture had stains & walls were damaged. We probably should have left. Breakfast was nasty and i love hotel brk this was so dissappointing. The pool had a layer of scum not usable. This is not a well maintained hotel please save your money and go elsewhere reviews are misleading.

  The best place in town to relax. Nice clean rooms and even a pool to cool off in. Not a bad breakfast either.
