  I really hate that hotels are going to coffee machines instead of fresh coffee. But the coffee machine here is actually really good. Rooms are clean and lots of space comfy beds.

  Front desk lady was awesome and helpful. Everything looked and smelled clean. Snack area priced high! Was told that spectrum was having outages but when I looked it up there’s no outages. Was told Internet worked that devices can just hook up but that wasn’t true. Bathroom door had issues closing. TV goes on mute if you’re not careful turning your TV up or down. No towels in pool area and not enough towels in room. Our card keys never worked. Paying over $300 for two nights and having a list of things to say that weren’t convenient really made the stay not my favorite spot!!

  The rooms look decent and they smell good. The water pressure is low and the toilets, at least in our room, took at least 2 flushes to flush the toilet. Some mold around the tub basin and wall. Beds were pretty comfortable and bedding was clean. Normal wear and tear in the room as a whole. It was fairly quiet. The front desk associate was friendly. We did not eat the breakfast provided, so don't know if it was good or not. The air conditioner is pretty loud.

  I was deceived by the ratings for sure. The bathroom was dirty and so was the room. The water pressure was so low in the shower my husband had to wash his hair in the sink. The hotel a/c in the common areas was not working so it was unbearably hot. My daughter’s room had all kinds of bugs in it. The shower curtain had black stains on it- looked nasty. There was a couple of good sized holes where bugs or roaches could easily travel through. The a/c in the room was decent.

  Love this Family owned and operated Hotel. They really keep it up nice. Ceiling fan over bed was great! Waffle maker shaped like the state of TEXAS!
