This is a decent option locally if you are looking for a place to stay. It is newer than most and was fairly clean. Staff was really nice. It was sort of difficult as we were traveling and had a very late check in. We were told their policy is 3am or you are charged an additional day? This made no sense to me as we intended on checking out by checkout time, but other than that it was again a more decent option for the area… not exactly know for their luxury hotels in Killeen.
Terrible every night at 130 am the fire alarm goes off for no reason I expect a full refund seeing as no emergency service were there and they have no answer as to why it’s happened
Staff was great, didn’t get the name of the sweet lady who checked us in but she was SO cheerful and kind. We stayed on the second floor, at first the room felt extremely damp, but by the time we woke up the next morning all we could smell was mildew, it seemed the filter on the air unit needed to be changed probably back in 2023 and still hadn’t been. It felt sticky and damp throughout. From the carpet to the bedsheets. There was no coffee maker in the room. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Not filthy, just not as clean as it should be. Breakfast left much to be desired, but what was there, was edible and my kids ate it. Also, there were 2 very large men asleep in the 2 chairs on the second floor balcony area when he left on Saturday at 5am. That’s very odd and a bit unsettling. Why weren’t they in a room? We didn’t ask or complain bc they weren’t doing anything other than sleeping, but that night someone had left a rock at the back door to hold it open, so unsure if people are staying without a reservation or just an instance of someone forgetting their key and using a rock to hold the door open 🤷🏼♀️ won’t stay again due to the yucky feel of the room.

Very low quality and I have been trying to get my receipt and nobody is answering the phone at the front desk and the remote receptionist who books people faked not being able to hear me to end the call when I told her I needed a receipt

I just stayed with Best Western Kileen. I had to call for a service related issue that was of no fault to them. Tyisha(I apologize for incorrect spelling as we just spoke over the phone) was the most polite, pleasant and courteous help to resolve issue. She gave the most kind, friendly and understanding customer service if any company is have ever dealt with! I hope this company treats her with as much respect as she is worth <3
