  Although it looks nice, its about what you would expect from a BW. Breakfast was plain, watered down scrambled eggs, and bacon. Be there on time as the kitchen crew closes shop right on the dot! My big issue was the Mildew Smell in the room created by the A/C unit running nonstop during the warm humid parts of the day. I took it upon myself to clean the unit to help with it, which helped a bit, but I'd either have to shut down the A/C unit for a day to let it dry or deal with it. I chose to deal with it. Also, Housekeeping needs to keep a better record of who is in. They walked in my room at 8am while I was asleep. My fault for not locking the door. Otherwise your typical LC Hotel for a couple nights.

  Overnight, I got about a dozen very itchy bites on my legs. The next morning I told the lady at the front desk and I was told that "that never happens" and "they don't allow pets". I asked for a refund and told "no". I got a 15% discount for my stay which felt like a slap in the face. When I was checking out, there was a lady at the front desk with her service dog, which I found funny. My legs still itch a few day later. I had my wife take pictures of my legs and she said "oh my God baby". Yeah.

  Everything was good til they wanted to keep my deposit for no reason. Room wasn’t even smelling like smoke it was a whole new day so how could’ve? The lady that works the front is rude and yal need to get yal staff right and tell them the right things to say instead having people wait and look for there money when yall coulve said from the jump that the room smelled like that instead of us thinking we were going to our money back. Just unprofessional in my opinion.

  !!!!!WARNING!!!!!: HIDDEN COSTS!!!!!: LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS, EVEN IF THEY APPEAR TO COST MORE. YOU WILL SPEND $55-70 IN ADDTIONAL COSTS TRYING TO GET TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT!!!!! This is not an airport hotel. An airport hotel has a shuttle service. This hotel does not have a shuttle service, which means your short stay here will be much, much more expensive than you anticipated. Perhaps the owner thinks that this is a destination hotel for weddings and anniversaries, in which cases they should stop calling it an airport hotel. It cost $35 to reach the hotel and $25 to get to the airport in the morning. Also, your staff forgot to call me a cab in the morning, so I almost missed my flight.
