  This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I didn’t even stay at the hotel. I booked a two-night stay but had unforeseen circumstances come up, so I canceled my reservation two days in advance. Because of my situation, I contacted Expedia to see if my cancellation fee could be waived. While I was on the phone with them, Expedia sent an email directly to the hotel requesting that the fee be waived and told me it could take up to 72 hours to receive a response. Afterward, despite canceling my reservation and never staying at the hotel, I noticed my card was being charged multiple times for different amounts. I called the hotel and asked to speak with the manager. I explained my situation and told him that Expedia had sent the hotel an email regarding my request to waive the cancellation fee. The manager repeatedly told me that they never received any email and insisted that everything had to go through Expedia because I booked through them. I then called Expedia back to verify the information. Expedia confirmed that they did send the email and that the hotel had actually responded by declining my request to waive the cancellation fee. Expedia also informed me that they do not have my card information and that the hotel is responsible for handling charges related to the reservation. At that point, it became clear that what I had been told by the manager was not true. I called the hotel a second time to explain what Expedia had told me, but the manager answered the phone and immediately hung up on me. This entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and incredibly unprofessional. I never stayed at this hotel, yet I dealt with multiple attempted charges on my card, conflicting information, poor communication, and disrespectful customer service. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious before booking here.

  The room was clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing- most of the food was cold and appeared to be the lowest-cost options available simply to offer a breakfast service. The front desk customer service was also poor and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

  Service was ok. Poor included breakfast. There was a fight on my floor in the middle of the night. A super annoying guest above me could hear all his / her heavy steps and annoyingly loud TV volume at 7 am Sunday morning. Comfy bed Basic gym

  The entrance is actually on Green Street, in case anyone is having trouble using google map directions The hotel is nice, its not amazing, but its good, this place takes a security deposit so keep that in mind when booking. The staff is there, that's all I can really say for my 2 day stay, and they had helped me whenever I asked for something. The cleaning staff is also usually active with their cleaning, I had gotten 2 knocks on my door from them. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the 1 person room I booked was large and spacious, I didn't really use any of the amenities on the premise. The area also has a ton of restaurant nearby, not too far from anywhere. For a hotel close to the highway, it was very quiet.

  I came to this hotel to stay with my children, and my experience was extremely disappointing. During check-in, no one informed me that there would be additional charges for having more than two children. I walked in with all five of my kids right in front of the staff, and at no point was I stopped or told about any extra fees. Instead, they waited until checkout to tell me they were keeping my deposit. I was spoken to disrespectfully in front of my children, and the situation became so upsetting that my kids were crying because the employee threatened to call the police over money I simply did not have to give — after they had already taken my deposit. No family should be treated this way. I felt embarrassed, disrespected, and completely blindsided. This was a terrible experience, and I will never return to this hotel. I would not recommend this place to families looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.
