  this hotel is horrible they have bugs in the rooms and the room door will not lock anyone at anytime can just come inside the exit doors at the pool won’t open the restroom at the pool are locked the people that work there told us last minute to leave for no reason mostly the whole time we were there we where in the room every thing in the pool was not stable they don’t have any safety ring for drowning I just don’t recommend this hotel this is horrible .

  The breakfast was good really enjoyed the omelet. Stayed here for two days. Saturday morning came I leave breakfast and go up to the 4th floor I stayed in 413. But as soon as i get off the elevator it was a lizard. I turn around and go back downstairs to reception to report it to the man, I’m like if there is a baby lizard there have to be more an he agrees like yea. As I am leaving the reception area I see a roach on the counter, and then as I walked back to the elevator I looked up and seen a roach on the panel. I get back inside my room to pack up I dropped something on the floor and seen a huge dead roach by the chair, then as I am leaving out the room door I see a roach by the light switch to exit out the room. All this happened within a 5 minute spand. I go back downstairs and the guy is like thank you for letting me know about the lizard and i’m like but you all have a pest problem. I showed him the pictures of the insects and even pointed out the roach on the counter and he still didn’t get it up. I inquired about a refund for just one night if not both because I didnt know I was living like that out of this hotel. He goes someone will email you i informed him I was leaving this review as well. So I leave and then turn around 10 minutes later and realized i left my airpods. I go back and get another key the roach is still on the counter, I come back downstairs and the roach is still on the counter it’s 9;15Am I left immediately after all this I’m home writing this review and I bet the roach is still on the counter. I have pictures for reference UPDATE: I said I was gonna leave the review regardless. And yes I reported this and then checked out. You said it yourself. And you didn’t have to use my name I Identified myself to you. Fact still remains all those pests are onsite!

  This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I didn’t even stay at the hotel. I booked a two-night stay but had unforeseen circumstances come up, so I canceled my reservation two days in advance. Because of my situation, I contacted Expedia to see if my cancellation fee could be waived. While I was on the phone with them, Expedia sent an email directly to the hotel requesting that the fee be waived and told me it could take up to 72 hours to receive a response. Afterward, despite canceling my reservation and never staying at the hotel, I noticed my card was being charged multiple times for different amounts. I called the hotel and asked to speak with the manager. I explained my situation and told him that Expedia had sent the hotel an email regarding my request to waive the cancellation fee. The manager repeatedly told me that they never received any email and insisted that everything had to go through Expedia because I booked through them. I then called Expedia back to verify the information. Expedia confirmed that they did send the email and that the hotel had actually responded by declining my request to waive the cancellation fee. Expedia also informed me that they do not have my card information and that the hotel is responsible for handling charges related to the reservation. At that point, it became clear that what I had been told by the manager was not true. I called the hotel a second time to explain what Expedia had told me, but the manager answered the phone and immediately hung up on me. This entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and incredibly unprofessional. I never stayed at this hotel, yet I dealt with multiple attempted charges on my card, conflicting information, poor communication, and disrespectful customer service. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious before booking here.
