  There was not a single person other than myself stayung there . I woke up to bites on my hand and arms- thought they were mosquitoes. Come to find out they are BEDBUG BITES. Yuck! Not to mention everything I had with me is now garbage !

  We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past, but NEVER again! We rented two rooms. When we arrived to the first room it smelled of cigarettes. Our bedding was covered in stains, it was disgusting. When I called the front desk they couldn’t care less. They brought two sheets, no other bedding and we had to make the beds. I mentioned this AGAIN to the owner (I’m guessing) the next day, again he couldn’t care less. Housekeeping didn’t even go into our rooms and change the sheets! Bestwestern corporate should be embarrassed to have this hotel under their umbrellas using their name. Never ever will be stay here again!
