  If you're going to actually be spending time in the room bring a roku or firestick to hook to the TV. No one tells you and it's 2026. I was taken back to the worst part of 1998, cable with nothing but commercials. Even the movie channels. Watched mostly all commercials. Went in town to look for roku, but no one had any. It was awful. The room itself is nice and cozy. Just NO TV.

  A hidden gem we found, from the courteous staff to the very very clean hotel rooms. Everyone is extremely welcoming and so helpful. We will be coming back. The pools were beautiful but it was a bit chilly so that will be on our next trip. 😉

  Beds were nice, though the room was a bit old and the bathroom looked quite beat-up. Sadly, breakfast was also limited; they didn’t have sausage or any other protein available, and the bakery baskets (which should have muffins in them) sat empty. The worker informed our group that the Inn was entirely out of stock on these foods, which made the experience a bit disappointing. With comparable prices for hotels in the area, I couldn’t help but feel our group might’ve had a better experience booking elsewhere. The themed lobby/shared common area was cute though, and we still had an overall happy experience in Glen Rose itself.

  Honestly I was a little bummed this room was slightly out of my budget. But it was well worth it ! Room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. There wasn't much if any out door noise which was nice for sleep quality. The lobby is beautiful and the full breakfast was the exact thing I needed before continuing my journey. The staff was also really helpful and kind. Over all great experience and worth it.
