  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL!!! Smells like a bowling alley & the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in the “hospitality” industry. One of the workers Joel came out yelling threatening to call the cops on a kids baseball team with multiple families staying at best Western so we chose to meet there. He then decided to call the cops after we all agreed to leave and made sure one of the parents got a no trespassing warning from the property next door. Instead of offering a group discount to 12 families we will now be avoiding this establishment at all cost. If the manager Joseph knew better he would have fired Joel along time ago instead of letting him try to intimidate customers by wasting government resources.

  We’ve had great experiences here in the past but this stay was very disappointing. The 3 of us were here for 4 nights and had to ask for clean towels every day. We had to ask more than once to have the room cleaned and the only time they did it, nothing wiped down, no vacuuming, no coffee pods replenished or bathroom cleaned. One day they came in, took our dirty towels but did nothing else. The young man at the desk was very friendly and accommodating at check in. The older gentleman was not friendly at all and didn’t seem to care at all that the room was not taken care of. Holiday Inn Express next time sure.

  I have zero complaints - this property is well maintained, clean, friendly staff and reasonable rates. Rooms have ceiling fans, which is a nice bonus. Great water pressure and housekeeping does a stellar job. This place is spotless - one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Very attentive and responsive staff - they run this place like pre-COVID era properties. No BS and no cut backs - I'd stay here again for sure.

  Had to cancel a non-refundable trip through Expedia, but with reasonable 2 weeks notice. When calling up the hotel, I spoke with Joseph. He was a great help in both understanding my situation as well as navigating through the processes necessary in order to obtain a full refund for this. Excellent service.

  Weird to get to location, staff friendly and breakfast was great, rooms need some maintenance (dresser drawers not closing, damaged tv), cleaning staff need to be a bit more thorough (trojan wrapper left in a drawer).
