  La habitación estuvo perfecta al igual que la atención del personal de limpieza pero estuve esperando mi Uber en la recepción y me llamó la atención la forma tan grosera a la que se dirigía el muchacho indio de la recepción a las muchachas de limpieza por lo que considero que el responsable del Hotel debe tomar medidas al respecto porque si así se trata al personal de limpieza imagina a los huéspedes

  The indian manager said he didn’t have access to the cameras sounds fishy i stayed over night and 8 vehicles were broken into and nobody saw nothing cop also told us it was a frequent place where vehicles get vandalized i do not recommend anybody staying here where your belongings are not safe

  excellent staff. breakfast includes eggs, but no meat on the day I was there. room was clean, bed was comfortable. fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. decent price, but local taxes are outrageous. the wifi is OK, but could be more reliable. the cable service is fair. lot's to choose from if you can figure out how to navigate the system. a printed guide would very helpful.

  We absolutely 💯 love this hotel. The day manager at Desk Alex is so sweet and kind and the night shift young lady I missed her name but they are all wonderful ❤️ it's so clean and comfortable and I say better than Comfort Suittes. We stay here often due to my husband's job being nearby and they never disappoint. 5 stars 🌟 plus elmendorf Best Western 👌 👍 and they are very reasonable priced as well 😀 😄 👍

  Where to start…I booked two rooms for two nights. Room 206 and 204. The sewer pipes in the bathroom smelled disgusting. It smelled like constant shit was in there. We only used the bathrooms to shower because we spent the whole day out playing basketball tournaments. The smell came within the walls the toilet. Especially if the toilet was flushed. The bathrooms had mold and was not kept up with cleanness and the curtains had stains. The walls and the ceiling in the rooms had stains or mold. The curtains on the windows were stained and dirty. The pillows no longer look like pillows, the sheets were all stained. This is a very big chain hotel and you think you will invest in replacing pillows, curtains, sheets, etc. This had a 7.9 review in Priceline but this was one of the most under kept hotels Ive ever been to. The bed frames were coming apart. And the most crazy thing of all was. Last night Saturday, July 25 about 1130ish pm I went to the front desk to ask for 2 wash cloths towels. And The person spent 10 minutes trying to get one just to tell me the hotel had reached maximum capacity and there were no extra wash towels to be given out. Ive never in my life have I heard a brand name hotel or any hotel say they ran out of supplies to give to the customers because they been all handed out. That makes me question cleaning and supplies restock when they do their daily upkeep and rounds. This place needs to be better kept.
