  Overall was great! Stayed for 4 days and house keeping came in and cleaned everyday. I liked that. The breakfast is ok. Its free!! Would definitely stay again

  Rooms were clean and AC worked great. Front desk and breakfast crew were good. Breakfast was average but good. No real complaints.

  Where to begin... After hearing a DV incident of some sort in the room directly above me I stated looking at the reviews of the hotel. I was SHOCKED to see so many positive reviews.... Maybe my experience was unusual... But I wanted to share. Did I get a good night sleep? Ehhhh between what I had heard earlier in the night and all the noises that exist in this hotel I didn't sleep great. (Probably a little paranoid) Was the staff lovely? Absolutely. They were always helpful and kind. Would I stay here again? No. As I read other reviews someone mentioned that at other local hotels there was vandalism of cars and bed bugs. Neither of those things happened while at the hotel, so if that is your minimum, then sure, go ahead and stay here.

  Stayed there for a night in April. Had some things going on in Austin but didn’t want to stay in Austin so found this place which was going to be close enough to everything we wanted to do. Close to the interstate into Austin so if you time things right traffic may not be an issue, it never was for us. Rooms were as advertised, simple and clean. The breakfast was pretty standard for hotels of this level. Will say the plus here was that they included tortillas for the option of a breakfast taco which I appreciated. Simple check in and out process. Would stay again if I am in the area. Downside being there is no hot tub only pool.

  Not even 1/2 star. I’ve had a few rooms in the past (as I’m a Diamond Select member) that smelled like urine before and had to immediately ask for another room. Last night, I cleaned the entire room and bathroom and still had to end up sleeping in my truck. Smells like it could be urinating in the AC units because it’s where the smell is the strongest. Maybe it’s in the curtains??? Awful customer service at the front desk, real poor attitude, offered no compensation really. Basically charged me $30 to clean the room and get sick. And of course, nothing else they could do about the rest of what that they charged me for that night and then lost all my points because the next night, which would’ve been tonight was on points… I wasn’t supposed to check out until like Wednesday. But, I couldn’t spend the week like that! I literally was woken up within a couple hours puking just from the smell. I couldn’t do it! I waited patiently for a manager/supervisor, (an hour) they were supposed to be there at 10a and I didn’t get to talk to anybody at all! But, around almost 11a that same front desk clerk offered me $30. That was it, oh yeah, with a poor I don’t care attitude. I’m a local and I’ll never return! I seriously doubt I’ll ever use another Best Western ever again it’s the only one I ever used in my life. I literally turned away and walked out! So sad!!!
