  My room was not clean, and the bed had an unpleasant smell. Upon arrival, I found sunflower seed shells on the bed, and the toilet was also not clean. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was not a good experience. It did not feel like a 4-star hotel at all.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Best Western Premier. Jose Sanchez was the true definition of great hospitality. He greeted us professionally, checked us in with a welcoming attitude, and made sure we felt taken care of from the start. The next morning, I noticed he was also helping keep the breakfast area clean and even going around checking on guests to make sure everyone was okay. That kind of service really stands out. Great hospitality, great professionalism, and a great experience overall. Would definitely recommend staying here!

  dThis isn't your typical Best Western. It's goes far and beyond what one might expect. I called before booking because I needed an early check-in. The front desk staff graciously checked to ensure that a room was available, wrote a note for the next shift so there wouldn't be any confusion and was friendly during the whole interaction. When I arrived, there was no issue and I checked in with enough time to prepare for my appointment. The hotel grounds were clean and well landscaped. The lobby was large, included generours seating, a bar and an outside patio. There is a pool and a hot tub, both working. The room I was in was quite spacious, with two beds, a desk and chair, a lounge chair/ottoman a dressing table, a dresser, large tv and a bar. There were plenty of outlets in all of the right places. Service was excellent. Price was right, bed was comfy. Perfect Stay.d

  This was a very nice place to stay. We were there to work a senior softball tournament. We had to get up early to be at the fields to prepare for the teams. Normally, breakfast was at 7 am in the weekends. The General Manager, Jose Sanchez, opened it a little earlier, which allowed us to eat before going to the fields. This was very much appreciated as it saved us time and money. It is service like this that makes my decision to return to a hotel when I need one in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Bryan or College Station.
