  Hotel was genuinely so nice, service was on point, and the whole stay was comfortable. Came with my girlfriend who’s a little too fancy for most places, but even she was impressed which is basically a 6-star rating 🫡

  Stayed at Best Western Plus Bay City recently and honestly had such a comfortable experience. The hotel looks very nicely renovated and everything felt clean and fresh from the moment we walked in. The lobby was welcoming, the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth and fast. Our room was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly which was amazing after being outside in Texas heat all day. The bathroom was spotless, towels were fresh, and housekeeping did a really good job throughout our stay. One thing I really appreciated was how peaceful and quiet the property felt at night. We were able to sleep comfortably without noise issues. The breakfast in the morning was also better than expected — sausage, bacon, yogurt and lots of toppings including granola, berries, blueberry and etc, breads, muffins fresh coffee, waffles, eggs, cereal, juice, and everything stayed stocked even during busy hours. You can tell the management and staff are genuinely trying hard to improve the property and make guests happy. For the price, this hotel honestly exceeded expectations and felt safer, cleaner, and more comfortable than many hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Definitely would stay here again if I’m back in Bay City. Thank you to the team for the hospitality!

  Stayed at Best Western Plus Bay City for a work trip and honestly had a really comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean, beds were soft, and the staff was polite every time I came through the lobby. Breakfast was fresh every morning and the hotel looked newly renovated. Great value for the price. Definitely staying here again when I’m back in Bay City.
