  This place by far is the worst place. I have stayed in a while. Our elevators were down. There was mold coming out of the AC. There was rust coming out of the showerhead. I won’t be coming back.

  The Mexican male in 330 kept slamming their door at leader two or three times and did it often from about 3 pm to 11 pm then from about 730 am to 9 am. On Friday night/Saturday morning. Looks like they know when employees walk by cause he was acting innocent after 9 am when housekeeping started. I saw him through the peephole when I heard him talking out loud to no one and he was literally acting out with body movements especially his arms like he was shooting at people at the other rooms. I feared for myself so I didn’t go out of the room for breakfast or coffee. I’ve been there before with no issues about a year ago. It’s unsafe there now.

  The room is fairly old, but overall it was clean. The AC worked well and blew cold air, and the bathroom had good water pressure. However, I was disappointed with how an issue involving housekeeping was handled. We brought our own bath towels, which happened to be a similar color to the hotel’s towels, and housekeeping mistakenly took them along with the hotel towels. To be fair, the staff did make an effort to look for our towels after I reported the issue, but unfortunately they were unable to locate them. What I found unacceptable was being told afterward that there was nothing they could do and that the hotel was not responsible simply because our towels were a similar color to theirs. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciate that they tried to find the towels. However, these were our personal belongings that were mistakenly removed from our room by hotel staff. I would have expected the hotel to take some responsibility or offer a reasonable solution rather than dismissing the issue because of the color of our towels.

  I trusted the ratings but this is not in a good neighborhood. Unfortunately there were ants that bit and I can see why they have a sign in the lobby for "visitors" to know the person's last name and hotel room before being allowed in. Good for one night if you're exhausted but otherwise the $ is definitely not worth the stay. Checked out 2 days early and let them know about the ants but they didn't care.

  Well kept older hotel. Excellent shower! The water pressure was the best of any hotel I've stayed at. The staff I dealt with were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the walls are paper thin. I could hear noises all night. I could hear the elevator doors opening, in my room. In the morning, the waffle maker in the breakfast area woke me up from the beeping. The next night I brought a fan and had some white noise to cover the sounds up, and I slept great. The area is a little rough, but the parking lot was clean and secure. They lock the front door at 11pm It was for a quick business trip.
