  Booked a few nights at Best Western Plus Austin Central while visiting Austin for work, and the experience was honestly smoother than expected. The hotel had a calm atmosphere, and everything from check-in to checkout felt organized and professional. My room was very clean when I arrived, the AC worked perfectly in the Texas heat, and the bed was comfortable enough that I actually slept well every night. The location ended up being one of the biggest advantages because it was easy getting around the city without spending forever in traffic. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee spots, and stores nearby, which made things convenient after long days out. I also liked that the staff seemed genuinely helpful whenever guests needed something instead of acting annoyed or rushed. The pool area was small but relaxing, and the breakfast each morning saved me both time and money. For anyone wanting a reliable hotel in Austin that’s affordable but still feels updated and comfortable, this place is a good option. It gave me everything I needed without unnecessary hassle, and I’d definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in town.

  DO NOT STAY HERE. There are bed bugs (room 317).... I was originally supposed to stay for 2 nights. Had to check out immediately the next night because I woke up to not one but TWO bed bugs crawling on the sheets. Only reason im giving 2 stars for service is because the staff was super quick to give me a refund and were apologetic.

  We came to Austin for the Motogp race and so it was a boys trip. Obviously if I were coming with my girlfriend I'd probably choose something a little more nice but theres absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Right off the highway 15 min to everywhere, free breakfast which is your typical continental breakfast. Beds are clean and super comfortable and they have a nice gym and pool. Couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely book here again next year

  This was the worse experience ever, roaches in our room. The outside is dirty too, full of homeless people I had to cancel our stay and move hotels. Just nasty
