  I paid for this room on Expedia but was also charged by the hotel. When I called to let them know they said they would fix it, however they did not refund me as much as they double charged me. No idea how they could screw that up so badly but it’s a very annoying inconvenience to keep calling the hotel. Make sure you all check your credit card statements for accuracy!

  Convenient location. Sandra, the worker who we met at breakfast, was incredibly nice and sweet with our little girls even after they spilled their juice. She was amazing at her job, whatever she's getting paid its not enough. Easily the best interaction we've ever had at a hotel

  While I enjoyed other aspects of my stay, what prompted me to leave this review is Sandra who handled breakfast in the lobby. She was SO KIND and helpful and patient. I'm traveling with 2 little girls under 4, and they BOTH spilled at different times. She handled it so gracefully. She was helpful and went way beyond any expectations we had. Give this woman a raise!

  Clean rooms, nice beds, good parking, but the offramp entrance is a trip. Morning breakfast was nice and staff are competent. Would recommend to others

  Clean, nice facility. However the TV system with 2 remotes and Dish network is so complicated the TV is essentially non working.
