Clean, nice facility. However the TV system with 2 remotes and Dish network is so complicated the TV is essentially non working.

Clean rooms, nice pool, amazing staff at the desk. I ended up in the handicapped room, so I took some pictures in case anyone needed to assess if it was right for them.

I would give 5 stars all the way if the check in wouldn't be with a machine. Really? After a long day of driving dealing with a machine instead of a human being is the last thing you want to do! Everything else is perfect!

We came with a full semi and 53 ft trailer and were able to park at the back of the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable for our family and the place smells very nice.

Bed bugs!!!! BED BUGS!!! I travel often, so I always check beds before bringing my belongings inside. In this case, it didn’t take much looking at all. There is tons of bedbug poop on the bed, which I have pictured here. I let staff know, she told me that she didn’t want to, “screw anything up.” with the refund, assuming she was new. She stated that they would have management do it in the morning, and sent me with a reciept. Management then said they called Orkin and that Orkin told them there’s no bed bugs. Blatant lie as you can see in my evidence photos. Management has refused to refund me. I contacted corporate, They said it would be 2 to 5 days and it’s now been eight business days.
This is undeniable.
Edit: they did reply and say that the room was immediately checked, but this is not true because it was the middle of the night and the girl at the front desk. Didn’t even know how to refund me so Orkin did not get there until the next morning and obviously there is a bedbug infestation. It’s extremely unprofessional the way they continue to deny the fact that they have bedbugs on property. I would save yourself the trouble of staying here.
