  I stayed here for one day, and from the reviews I read it sounded like the best part of the entire stay was the pancake machine. This only made me more dissapointed when there was no such pancake machine to be found upon the morning of my arrival. Another review I read, detailed a women who had a problem with getting her "service" dog into her room. And said that the staff was asking her "illegal" questions. Anyway when I first entered the building, the most blatant sign near the front desk read "SERVICE DOG FRAUD IS A CRIME". Gave me a giggle was all, im making this the best review for anyone wanting to stay here. This was July 6th, 2026. There was a smell, not quite as pungent as some reviews were saying. But it was there for sure. The staff were humble, I only ever saw the same women at the front. When I got to the room, it smelled fine. Beds were a little small. Tv only went to volume 60, not a complaint but funny to me. So it was fine, but in the bathroom. My sink had super high pressure, like you push up on it and now your soaked. It was pretty funny aswell, you could wash your shoes pretty easily in there. Also the shower, my cold water lever didn't work. So it was a hot shower for me. Another thing, the room has a bunch of little notes scattered about. Pretty passive aggressive if you ask me. And one of then, about how you need to pay 30-40 some odd dollars to use an ironing machine. Even though most hotels offer it for free. And extra pillows cost more, towels and other little things cost extra. I didn't have time to swim, but the pool was great looking, water was a good temperature. And the scenery around the pool was very pretty. But there were cameras EVERYWHERE. Every room, every hallway. Not to mention the fitness room, was super yellow. But it did have some good options and variety of machines in there. Another thing that was pretty funny, the menu for the breakfast. It listed all the different food options, bullet pinned. Then, I saw it... a BLANK. And right next to the blank bullet pin, was a pancake drawing. Now I'm not sure what may have happened to this pancake maker. Maybe he retired, maybe it broke, who knows. But all I know is that there was clear evidence that the pancake machine was once there. All in all, I had a pretty ok stay. Nothing catastrophic would happen if you stayed here a night or two.

  Hotel was okay. Lots of things I need to talk about. First, I walked in and they tried covering up the old, musty smell with grandma perfume! Exact same thing in the rooms. Although, the clerk was nice and helpful. Someone on the reviews got mad and called the cops on the hotel about their service dog, and they took that seriously because they now have a big sign saying NO SERVICE DOG FRAUD!!! Its handicap accessible though and they have working laundry and ice. Next, it felt like big brother was watching me. There was like 50 CCTV cameras! The fitness room was bright yellow like the backrooms but wasn't terrible. The pool looked very nice. Now, in the room. The ceiling was high and gave off a weird, dated vibe. Although I will say it was well-kept. The TV had many options, and the fridge was nice, the microwave not so much (my food exploded). Now those beds were NOT queen sized. They were small and a little uncomfortable. Bathroom was nice and if you have muddy shoes, come here, because THAT SINK IS A PRESSURE WASHER. The location was pretty good though, as there aren't many hotels in this spot. Now, to the worst thing this hotel has done. The unacceptable crime. I saw reviews about an automatic pancake maker and so did others at that hotel. WE WENT TO BREAKFAST TO FIND NO PANCAKE MAKER. THEY EVEN HAD A SIGN THAT HAD A DRAWING OF PANCAKES BUT IT WAS A LIE. Everyone was upset and crying. We want our pancakes.

  The advertised "high speed internet" is an advertising lie supported by the fact that the hotel doesnt provide any concrete numbers as to what "high speed internet" is. Here its 20mbps down and 15mbps up, which according to the fcc doesnt qualify. However since the hotel itself is getting a main pipeline speed faster than than the fcc's standards for high speed internet its all fine. Disappointed. Seems like the IT department is really throttling individual connections.. Its bad though.. The internet is not usable at here by modern standards. If you have any business to conduct here that required zoom or anything beyond web browsing go somewhere else. The internet here is BAD

  I've stayed here many times in my travels, if your in the area and looking, or booking online, trust me you will not be disappointed. The breakfast they put out is very good, the outdoor pool is nice as well. Just a very nice place and everyone is very nice....

  Building seems old, but the vibe is so good, quiet little hotel down the street from the Spring Hill GM plant, staff checking in and out were so sweet and helpful, room was perfectly sized, bed was comfy, ac worked too well haha, bathroom was just the right size, sadly the tv didn't have many options to chose from but it was no biggie, definitely will make this my go to stop in Tennessee next time I come through! 9.8/10
