The wifi didn't work, which means the television didn't work, the shower even though it says it has both a shower and a bathtub. The water only comes out the shower head. Because the value to change from shower to tub is broken. Took over an hour to get checked in because of problems with their wifi
Good clean hotel.
Reasonable when booking online
Good room for the price. Not far from Opryland and the mall. The breakfast is a typical complementary breakfast. Parking is free and it's about 5 miles from the Broadway area. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

On the outside it seems to be the perfect place to stay. But inside is a different story. The desk clerk was very quick and friendly. Once in the room it looked nice and spacious. But in the bathroom the sink facet handle came off in my hand when I tried to turn it on. Then the water damage and discoloration by the microwave and fridge was concerning. I then discovered that the trash had not been emptied since the last guest. And the worst thing is when I got ready to go to bed, the mattress was completely concave in, like a 600lb man had been there before. I hardly slept all night The breakfast was a joke. Not enough bacon to fit in the palm of your hand. The eggs had water leaking out of them. The coffee looked like hot chocolate and was foaming. It's was the nastiest thing I've ever seen. Security is a concern as well with car windows being broken out at night. No security. I do not recommend at all. This is what $84 a night gets you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Chris – True Hospitality at Its Best!
I recently arrived in Nashville after an exhausting day of travel—from 5 AM in Spokane all the way to a 12 PM arrival (Nashville time), compounded by flight delays. My original hotel booking had issues and they turned me away with nowhere to go. I walked next door to the Best Western, tired and stressed after a long week of presenting at a power industry school (working 14-hour days) just so I could make it in time for my daughter’s cheer competition. I’m from Phoenix, AZ, and this trip meant everything to me.
Dave, the Night Manager, immediately stepped up. Even though he didn’t have any rooms available at first, he refused to turn me away. Instead, he spent the next full hour on the phone calling his connections at local hotels and tirelessly searching the internet until a last-minute cancellation came through—securing me a room right there at his hotel.
His dedication, kindness, and persistence turned what could have been a nightmare into an exceptional experience. Dave went far above and beyond what anyone could expect, especially after such a long travel day. I cannot say enough good things about his outstanding customer service. He truly embodies what great hospitality is all about.
If you’re staying in Nashville, make the Best Western your choice—and if you’re lucky enough to meet Dave on the night shift, you’ll know you’re in excellent hands. Thank you, Dave! You made a huge difference in my trip.
Highly, highly recommended.
