  We were in town for the National Beta Club Convention. I chose the BW because of its location to the Covention center. The hotel was very quiet, the room was very clean and spacious. My daughter and I had more than enough room for three nights. We had breakfast every morning before we headed out to the Covention center. Everything was good and hot! This hotel was in a great spot, we were around the corner from the mall, as well as restaurants like McDonald's and Cracker Barrel, there was a gas station near the hotel as well. Check in was a breeze so was finding our room. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the Nashville area.

  The room was clean and it had everything in the room except coffee there were coffee mugs but no coffee. The front desk was not friendly or helpful when there was a problem with the kind of room we wanted. The breakfast was decent but the coffee was horrible. Ditch the coffee machine and brew the coffee fresh. We are never going back. There are hotels nearby that are way better.

  The wifi didn't work, which means the television didn't work, the shower even though it says it has both a shower and a bathtub. The water only comes out the shower head. Because the value to change from shower to tub is broken. Took over an hour to get checked in because of problems with their wifi
