  Very unhappy with my stay here! All 4 charging stations did not work. I was very disappointed that I could not charge my car before getting on the road. I complained to the staff and they too seemed very unconcerned.

  Your next to interstate 40 and you hear it in the room if your unfortunate to stay here bring ear plugs !! This is a plus hotel not sure why staff have attitude they don't like to be questioned what they say is the rule if you question and threaten to cancel the reservation feel free to there are better hotels than this dump around here. Rooms are very small here the call the Memphis uptown honestly nothing special here staff with attitude and think there special. Check in afterwards tried to be friendly tried to welcome me but that had already expired. I was given the 5th floor the hottest a/c on fall power as hotel is too cheap to have a/c on to keep rooms cool. I heard the guy that checked me in over exaggerating that I slammed my id and credit card on the side. I know that I have no interest returning to this place isn't worth a cent. Added a 30 sec video of highway noise on a Sunday evening at 2034

  The rooms are nice and clean like all the online pictures. The staff is great, courteous and polite, helpful & exactly what I expected from reading reviews! Will suggest as a place to stay in the area. Will definitely book again!

  One front desk clerk was lovely. He was very responsive and helpful. He had a kind and cheerful attitude. The woman when we first checked in was the opposite. When I inquired about a luggage rack, she told me there was not enough room for one! There was plenty of room! I could have danced the tango!
