  This was our first time using Best Western plus. We were excited because It had an outdoor pool. The breakfast was good but brewed coffee instead of a Keurig would have been better. Overall great visit looks like I’ll be staying here when I come visit my grandkids.

  This was a great location and close to a lot. Shampoo/conditioner/soap in shower, which is becoming more common, and I appreciate a bit more than the tiny bottles that hotels used to have. The hotel was in great shape and roomy. The breakfast area was decent sized and not cramped and had a great variety of choices. The staff that I came in contact with were all very friendly. This is definitely a Best Western that will be on our stay again list when through the area.

  Upon walking in the first thing i noticed was the smell. It didn't smell bad, but it was very, VERY STRONG. I arrived around 3:15pm and the front desk asked if she could call me because the room wasn't ready. I asked how long and was told 15 mins to an hour so i went and ran some errands. When i came back she placed me on the second floor about 3 or 4 rooms down from the lobby. When i got in the room the smell wasn't as bad, but i could still smell it so i went to Walmart and bought things to mask the smell: a charcoal odor eliminator, 409, citrus magic odor eliminator, made coffee and bought pizza (pizza always has a smell). Because i am autistic smells can become overwhelming and oftentimes something i can't ignore. I also have chronic migraines and each night i take a preventative and get medical botox every 3 months for the same reason. Smells are a HUGE trigger. After doing all of that (it was now about 7:30pm i could still smell that smell so i knew i was going to have to ask for a room change and preferably one on the floor above and further away from the lobby. As much as the thought of doing this stressed me the thought of staying and waking up with a migraine stressed me even more. So i went downstairs to the front desk and in my own awkward autistic way did my best to explain this to the front desk. I have to say the lady working was great. She made an embarrassing situation (at least to me it was) seem like something she dealt with all the time. She moved me upstairs to the fourth floor (which was less noisy- did i mention i have trouble with noise as well) and i could not smell that smell at all. She even called about an hour later to see how i was doing which i thought was really kind. I cant tell you how much i appreciated what she did. The fact that she went out of her way to accommodate me (i think she had to upgrade the room to do so) in order for me to wake up without a migraine meant more to me than she will ever know. Because of what she did giving this review 5 stars:-)
