  Our stay at the Best Western in Brentwood was excellent. The hotel was very clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The beds were cozy, the showers were spacious, and there was plenty of hot water with excellent water pressure. Despite the hotel's proximity to the interstate and railroad tracks, noise was never an issue. I slept soundly and wouldn't have even known they were nearby. I especially want to recognize Sheree at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Before we even arrived, the hotel had identified an issue with our assigned room. Rather than waiting for us to discover the problem, Sheree proactively addressed it and offered us an upgraded room instead. She was friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned about making sure we were happy and comfortable. Her outstanding customer service made an already pleasant stay even better. I would gladly stay here again and will make this hotel my first choice whenever I'm in the Brentwood area. Highly recommended!

  This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We checked in super late when we arrived in town. As the kids were getting ready for bed (using the bathroom, brushing teeth, etc.), we noticed water coming up between the lvp on the floor. Then we noticed the carpet was saturated as well. We opened the utility closet thinking that water was leaking from there. Yikes.... the A/C filter was shoved in and the wrong size, and there was a towel on the floor. My husband moved it and there was black mold on the floor and wall of the closet. It was so bad! We walked back to the office and told the gentleman at the desk we would not stay in that room. He moved us to a "2 bedroom". The living area had no windows. One of the bedrooms had no windows or furniture other than the bed. It was a weird layout. The master had a weird smell, and then we noticed a plug-in next to the bed. If it wasnt after 3am, we would have left, but we were exhausted. We checked out in the morning. The gentleman at the desk was very nice when we checked in, but I absolutely do not believe he didnt know about the condition of the first room and booked it anyway.

  Great place to stay, will be back. Only thing is the sitting furniture is not the comfortable but will do.

  It sounds like your experience depends vastly on what room you get, as they are not all the same. Some talked about it being too hot but our a/c unit had serious fan power, but blew more/less into your face. Main issue is we found bugs on the ground in the AM. Hallway smell is yeah weird but doable. Bed was a bit old and worn. Get what you pay for so not the worst also

  Horrible hotel, stay far away. Woke up one morning to a $2,000 attempted charge on our credit card and management was very shady and refused to print out room charges statement for over an hour, we then were told they got hacked then story changed to it being an attempted scam. Woke up the very next morning to ANOTHER erroneous charge by the hotel. We were very understanding but amazed that after ruining two mornings of our vacation that we offered absolutely nothing as apology. The most we even asked for was an afternoon check out and they refused even that. Genuinely, unless you are looking to have the hotel attempt to scam you multiple days in a row, don't stay here.
