  Clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds, nice hot showers, friendly staff and service, walking distance of everything in Wall, great pool and hot tub area- we couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our Badlands visit.

  The customer service here was unbelievable for a regular hotel. The gentleman working the free breakfast gave service better than we’ve gotten at 5 star hotels. One employee saw my bags at the top of the stairs and brought them down to my car. These are great people.

  This hotel has no business being this good. I haven't had service like this outside of a high end resort. Everyone was incredibly nice, from the front desk staff, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff. It was kind of jarring, not what we were expecting. They weren't overly nice either, just nice greetings, super friendly and they just seemed happy to help with anything. Everything was super clean too, and my whole family commented on it immediately. We only stayed one night as we visited the Badlands, I guess we were expecting a touristy trap dump motel. Best hotel experience in awhile.

  Our stay at the Best Western Plains was great. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a solid variety of options. We checked in late, so just be aware there aren’t food options open after 9 PM. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

  Stayed here while visiting Badlands National Park. A few short blocks into town. Full service breakfast that was well serviced despite large number of people. Limited seating at peak hours. Prompt attention to our lighting issue. Beds were comfortable. Clean rooms. Family owned. We would come back if in the area again.
