  I would give this hotel complete 0’s all the way across the board if possible. My wife checked in while I waited in the car with our registered service animal that was still in the car. My wife has epilepsy and usually walks with a cane . I am still recovering from a massive heart attack and have just had a pacemaker installed three weeks prior . We were in Charleston, For the day due to a doctor visit at MUSC that afternoon. We decided to stay the night due to it being a 2 1/2 hour drive home. I was rudely addressed by a red haired hotel manager with freckles when I was trying to get into the elevator because I had our service dog with me . Dog was wearing a vest and I have all proper paperwork in glove box of our vehicle verifying that dog is a registered service animal. For some reason just because the dog didn’t walk into the door initially with my wife when she paid for the room . They asked us to leave the property immediately upon seeing me with the dog . Even when I said, I have paperwork and could verify that the dog is a service animal. The lady got extremely rude and questioned why she wasn’t with my wife when she went in even though the car was parked right at the front entrance door of the hotel, when my wife walked checked in . She walked about four steps from the car to the door of the hotel. On top of it it’s been 10 days Since this nightmare of an experience. Not only was the original $107 charge on the card. After not even getting into the hotel room itself ,There’s an additional $213 charge On the card ? Both are finalized and closed out transactions . The red haired female Manager with freckles has no place working in any field of the hospitality industry . Extremely rude and did not seem like she knew her head from her back side about how service animals are supposed to be handled in today’s world. Even with insurance, the amount of prescriptions and medication‘s , that my wife and I require just to survive is absurdly expensive . So I hope you guys feel better about the approx $320 you took from us for no reason. This was single-handedly the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel in my life and I wasn’t even in the hotel room for 1 minute . Please avoid this place at all cost. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

  We had a decent stay at this hotel. I will say the only down side was someone arguing with the clerk when I first walked in. The staff were helpful and they offer breakfast.

  Our room was clean and neat only problem the Ac unit doesn't work well. The room felt warm only time can feel the cool air is right next to the unit.

  We had a fantastic experience and felt safe, even with our late check-in at 11:00 p.m. The breakfast was well-stocked and delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
