  It's time to update the room decors...... Get rid of the carpeting around the sleeping area / bed...... The tub shower needs to be updated to a more modern style a lot of the rooms that I checked out prior to checking in were pretty played out....... Corporate needs to step up and fix these rooms one by one......

  Great little hotel!! And they aren't owned by Wyndham The rooms are wonderful and clean!! The is a fridge with freezer and a microwave!! The staff is friendly and really nice!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

  Best Western in Florence SC was absolutely one of worst places we have ever been. The room was dirty, mold, spider webs with bugs and the shower had patches and unusable. The manager Ashley was rude and told us we could not receive a refund, knowing we didn't stay. We left after entering the room and seeing the unstayable unsanitary conditions. Emailed and spoke with Corporate offices We went down the road the Hampton Inn which was top notch!

  We stayed here on our way to Florida to see family. Normally we stay at Marriott or Hilton hotels but the additional price they charge for bringing our dog prompted us to consider other hotels. Springhill Suite wanted $100. This Best Western only charged $20. This place was a find. The room may not have been as fancy as some places but it was very clean and quiet. Not all hotels offer a free full breakfast. This place does and it was over the top! The staff were as friendly as they were helpful. There was absolutely no hesitation choosing this hotel for our return trip. It'll be a high point of future trips to Florida I am sure
