Just stayed a night at their hotel with my family. An average 4star facility but we did have some issues. Our room was nice and comfortable, but the staff was very ill prepared for the busy weekend that was happening in Clemson. Front desk agent, Kym, decided to be nasty to my wife when she tried to check-in and my wife was clearly trying to be understanding to how busy they were and how she was clearly understaffed. Breakfast was a little below averaged, with no frills.

⚠️BEDBUGS HERE⚠️
This is the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel in my LIFE. I went here with my partner, we checked in and everything was okay, then we went to go to sleep and realized the bed was full of BED BUGS! We had to go down to the lobby at 11 o’clock at night and change our room. Which was down sized and down graded, but they still charged us for the king sized room we previously had.
Then, when we checked out early the next day because of this, we got no accommodations, no refund, nothing. The staff made it seem like we were the problem. On top of that, we still had to pay for the following night that we did not stay… DO NOT STAY HERE!

Rooms are stained and dirty, everything needs cleaned and vacuumed, ping pong balls suck
Buyer beware. I received a confirmation email with the rate of $128.97 but was charged $168.83. When I contacted the hotel I was given another number to call and when I called that number I was given another a third number to call just to open a complaint. Very disappointing customer service. Beware!

Sad! Had a giant room block that they weren’t even ready for after so many emails back and forth and they knew what time we were arriving. Really dropped the ball. Not coming back next year with our team.
