  Clean hotel for a very reasonable price. Rooms were pristine, and cleaned every day. Breakfast was good with changing warm food options. Fresh yoghurt and fruits provided. I like the nearby park surrounding a hospital.

  This Best Western is in a very convenient area of York. It is walking distance from a variety of restaurants, a walking trail (the UPMC hospital), coffee, and a large Walmart shopping center with other stores. I booked online through a third party app and paid cheaper. As I got to the hotel, I was charged a $100 deposit, like most hotels do, so be aware of that charge. I booked for a 2 queen bed room. The room itself was nice and big enough for my guest and I. As we walked in though, the first thing we noticed was a large stain on the ironing board. We tried to ignore that and figured we didn’t even need to use the ironing board anyways. The bedsheets also had small spots on them, as well as some of the towels. I don’t think they were dirty, just not properly cleaned enough. The staff were also very polite and helpful and made sure our stay was welcoming and safe. The complimentary breakfast (served 6am-9am) was fantastic (at least compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at) and had a good variety of food. The lobby and kitchen area were clean and cozy. Overall, my stay was good, other than the stains in some of the bedsheets/towels and the price I paid for one of the nights. I got my $100 deposit back as I checked out. I would stay here again and recommend it to others visiting York.

  Definitely one of the better best westerns I’ve stayed at. clean, decent breakfast options and staff is always willing to help.

  These guys are shady absolutely Shady pay for a king size room they checked me into a queen size and when I asked him what's going on and they said oh the website wasn't updated I reserved the room three days before I had my stay and the guy wasn't even telling me that he ran out of king size room until I confronted him about it I think it's utterly ridiculous to be honest with you and you're charging me the same amount of money for a queen as you are a king I did not pay for a queen didn't offered upgrade me to something else didn't offer to refund the difference because I'm paying for more expensive room buddy

  Incredible room service, the place was clean and organized. The clerks were okay, even tho we started a bit rocky at first, they were helpful afterwards. What I would complain about is the noise. There is 0 privacy, the walls are so thin you can hear everything and I mean everything. Somebody next to me was doing an onlyfans content, me & my partner couldn’t contain our laughter of how cringy and gross it was. Then turned really annoying after a while, bc they lasted till 6 am and we couldn’t get any sleep. Don’t be surprised if this happens to you. Prepare for any kind of unnecessary bs and any kind of ratchet people 🤷🏻‍♀️
