  Nice spot. 10 star rating for that price! Beds are comfy with good pillows. The Ladies managing the free breakfast were fantastic...The dining area was spotless and the breakfast was fresh and delicious, with many healthy options...If you are able to book a room here, just do it.

  It's not a 5 star hotel but it's always clean and the staff are cool folks the couple of times I been there for work

  Sorry I'm going way out of my way to leave this bad review. I was only a guest to a patron of the hotel stay. The gym room: hasn't been vacuumed in at least a month The pool room: there was grass and dirt and debris on the floor like it hadn't been cleaned in many months. The floor was also greasy and extra slippery I almost fell just walking. The pool: paint chipping on the bottom, not warmed. The pool temperature switch is literally in a box locked. There's a lot of puke or fluid stains in the carpet in the stairwells Okay here's where the review really gets its bad reputation. Saturday and Sunday. In the breakfast area. The old lady was just bouncing around aimlessly touching everything, wasn't anything that needed to be cleaned when she was moving around. She kept clearing her throat and coughing in the back room and in the dining area. Mucus gargling and retching every moment. No mask. Disgusting and my nose is beginning to run today. And yes she was clearing her throat while handling the food, which didn't need extra tending. She was being nosy. Annoying. Just asking and talking too much when people are trying to eat. I just simply said thank you. But I didn't want to respond. Knowing that she was rude to my friend, I didn't take it kindly when she kept poking at me. You look like you just woke up she said Saturday morning. As I went to get some eggs and bacon, she made her way over and told me to use the tongs and close it when I was done like I am a child. I may be tired, but I'm a grown man and a military veteran. So I take that as highly disrespectful having been through the most extreme customs and courtesies and self-discipline that this country offers. The person who invited me as a guest said that, the old woman scoffed at her. She, a pregnant woman, said when she went to get a cup of apple juice to bring to the room the lady tried to tell her she's not allowed to leave the room with food or drinks. Myself and the other white girl who were eating Sunday morning, when I ate by myself, she didn't say anything to us about bringing our cups out of the room she didn't say anything against it. The only factor that makes a difference is that my friend is not white. And the old lady is. Interesting. So if you work somewhere where you have to handle food, you should be respectful and responsible enough to call out sick or take up other duties if you have any symptoms such as a mucus cough. The actual room, when we pulled the sheets there was hair and dust on the bottom bed sheet under the blanket. One of the beds had mold growing on it. So did 3 pillows. There was no shower exhaust fan in the shower room. There was an inoperable heat lamp light instead. The gentleman working at the front was an absolute good man I appreciate him very much for his kindness. The hotel staff in general and management are very good people. I would plan on booking here in the future and I will change my review if I am met with better service. It's the little things like this though that can dramatically change a good experience into one that is not so good. It's called hospitality, and I took hospitality and management before I even went to college. So I know a thing or two about what should be and shouldn't be done in these type of environments but it's common sense. Room 220. And yes I check in with her and talk to the front desk plenty. So don't try to pull some funny business about unauthorized guests because we check in together.

  When we arrived, the front desk did not have our reservations that had been booked a week prior, then when they realized that they had put the wrong dates in, they charged us more money. Room was not very clean, area beside fridge had years of dust and dirt. No phone in the room,dirt and cobwebs behind bathroom door. Bad odor in the room. Shower curtain was dirty on bottom, drain clogged wirh standing water when showering. Mold in corner of tub. Would not recommend and will not stay again.
